How long does it take to evaluate my wardrobe?
A thorough session will take about four to five hours. We evaluate your entire wardrobe and closet creating three main staging areas:
1.) Stay, these are the clothes you will keep and we will work together to organize and style into new outfits.
2.) Go, these are the clothes you don't or won't be wearing anymore. I will take these and donate them, bringing back to you the tax deductible receipt.
3.) Fix, these are the pieces that will be staying in your wardrobe, but need some type of tailoring work, whether it is a hem that needs to be fixed or taking in a waistline, etc.
Along the way, we take a photograph of the new outfits we are putting together so you can reference them in the future. In the span of four to five hours, you could have anywhere from 10 to 20 new outfits!
What happens during my evaluation if it turns out I am missing some basic pieces?
That is not a problem! Kristy can shop for those pieces, knowing what you need and your measurements, while you are working or taking care of your everyday errands and household tasks. Or, you can go shopping together and Kristy can help you find just the right pieces. Whatever your needs are, Kristy can accommodate them.
How does the personal shopping work?
There are three levels of personal shopping services, ranging from shopping for you, shopping with you and gift shopping. Kristy's Personal Shopping Program is designed to take the guess work out of shopping, so you can look your best.
Can we shop together?
Of course! Shopping together is a lot of fun and you‚ get a great education of where to shop, what to buy and what to stay away from (even if it's in style). Kristy will help you choose the stores that are best suited for the items you are shopping for. Together, you'll have a great time finding just the right pieces that will enhance your wardrobe.
What if I don't have time to shop?
Not a problem. Kristy will Pre-Shop for you and bring you several different choices and sizes, so that you will have a variety to choose from. You can try them on in the comfort of your home, evaluate each one and keep what you like, Kristy will return the rest. Whenever you need an outfit or an additional wardrobe piece, give Kristy a call – (949) 874.4415 – she'll bring the stores to you.
What if I don't like what Kristy has chosen?
Kristy brings a number of sizes, styles and colors based on your individual needs and requests. If they don't work out, she will return them and bring you a new selection to choose from.
Can I use Kristy's services for pulling together a vacation wardrobe?
Absolutely! Actually Kristy can pull together a wardrobe for any occasion, whether it is a trip to Paris or the Caribbean. Kristy's proprietary client database has all your information, so with just one call, she can be out shopping for you pulling together the items you need for any occasion.
What if I need an outfit tomorrow but never used Kristy's services before?
Depending on her schedule, you will have a brief conversation with Kristy over the phone, including your sizes and budget and she will be happy to come up with something wonderful for you. You can even email her a picture of yourself so she can develop an idea of what colors work best with your skin type and tones. Don't worry Kristy will make it work for you, no matter what the occasion!
